  IGNORE ALL THESE OTHER RATINGS THEIR JUST FAMILY MEMBERS!!!! I bought a bed from here October 15, 2012. The store Charged me money on my credit card without even getting the bed. They asked me to pick up the bed from a different location because they did not have it at the store and in order to do so you would have to make an appointment. When i made the appointment I borrowed a pickup truck i drove 25 miles to the place as soon as I got there people were ignoring me telling me its their lunch time after waiting 40mins they told me the bed was discontinued and asked who sent me there. After i went back to Ana's furniture they told me the manager Kai was at a meeting same story every time saying he would call me but never did. I had to call the manager myself and left a message letting him know i got charged a late fee for my credit card. Kai said they would get me the bed without even apologizing. ITS the worst customer service I've ever gotten so finally the 5th time after i went to the store again asked if i could speak to the manager the employee as usual told me Kai "was at a meeting again". Finally I got so angry i demanded a refund and even when i got this they didn't give me my late fee money back WORST SERVICE EVER!! I WAITED 7 MONTHS with no bed. I will never go to this store again and i saw another customer who was complaining about the same exact problem looked to me like this business is a SCAM.
