  I was already disappointed in their hours - for those of us who work to be able to build or renovate a home, only weekday hours and then 4 hours on a Saturday morning being all they offer is ridiculous. Then, we ask a woman to help us out and within a minute, she doesn't know where to go so she brings over a guy that not only didn't know the answers to our questions, but answered so quickly that we barely followed the things he did say. After about 20 minutes, they said they'd come back with answers, and never did. So we called our contractor to understand what we could put outside and his opinion before leaving the store. The one thing they have going for them is the size and amount of materials to choose from. Surprisingly, our builder didn't bring us here when we chose all of our upgrades and such, but since the service was terrible anyway, I'm glad.
