- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 21, 2020, by A Google UserJust got yelled at by these guys for asking a few questions over the phone. I have an older fireplace insert, and I guess their sales tactic is to guilt you into upgrading. Their aggressive, rude attitude fits the demographic of the area. Not superior.
